No, you don't have to repeat 1st sem, you are absent to 2nd sem exam so you will get your Absent and ER mentioned in result which you can complete in 4th sem .

As you are saying you want to pursue BMS, BMS course is only in some few colleges in Delhi University, so it is difficult to get admission to BMS DU with 283 CUET score.

For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was 447022 which is very close to this range. This was for Bharati Vidyapeeth DU Medical College And Hospital Sangli cutoff for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth DU Medical College And Hospital Sangli.

The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
