Yes, starting 2023 academic year, the University of Delhi will only consider scores obtained in the Common University Entrance Test-PG (CUET-PG) for admissions to post-graduate courses. This is the first time that post-graduate admissions to DU will be based on CUET-PG. The change in the admission process to postgraduate courses was proposed by the 10-member committee. Additionally, separate merit lists will also be prepared for the candidates who will clear the CUET PG 2023 exam. DU changed its admission process through the common national level entrance exams discontinuing the old admission process based on Class 12 and UG course scores for UG and PG courses, respectively. the university now considers CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses, namely BA, BSc, BCom, BSc (Hons), BA (Hons and BCom (Hons). DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. The university and its affiliated colleges was attracting the cream layer of crowd till the time admission was subject to Class 12 scores.
