Usually, college and university association doesn't fail any student in their internal exams. If the student did very poor result which is completely unacceptable, in that case it might be possible that they doesn't promote you but usually this scene never appears because the whole semester teachers help the student to stay up to date about tests, assignments and mock exams to perform well. Along with this, multiple tests are taken which gives students an improvement session as well to perform well inhe next test to score good.

In terms of university rankings for all technical and non-technical institutions in India, HCU is much superior than DU. It is ranked 10th, closely followed by BHU. The Chemistry Department at HCU is renowned for both its academic brilliance and its research atmosphere. According to what I've read, the department conducts a lot of research that is published in prestigious publications and at the university. I vouch for the University of Hyderabad as a fantastic learning environment with all the conveniences. The university's terrible food is its sole flaw.
