Mathematics is not compulsory for admission to most courses in the commerce and management fields at Delhi University (DU). However, some specific courses like B.Com (Honours) in Mathematics require the student to have studied mathematics in their 12th grade. For most other courses like B.Com BBA B.A. (Honours) in Economics, etc. , mathematics is not mandatory, and students can opt for other subjects like business studies, accountancy, economics, etc. It is always recommended to check the eligibility criteria of the specific course you are interested in to ensure that you have the required qualifications and background knowledge.
