The NEET-UG cutoff for general category candidates normally ranges from 600 to 650 marks, though it may change a little every year based on things like seat availability and the volume of applications. In general, the threshold is lower for reserved categories (OBC, SC, and ST). Being one of the best dental schools in India, MAIDS has one of the highest acceptance rates for dentistry programs.

The only recognised professional Dental course in India is the 5-year undergraduate BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) programme.
