The Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences (CIDS) has always had standardized refund policy for students who wish to withdraw from the program. If a student withdraws before start of the academic session then whole amount received in fees for the year will be refunded less Rs 1000 towards processing charges. If withdrawal happens before 15 days of the session starting time, 80 % fee will be refunded. For withdrawal between day 16 and the end of the first month, 80% of the fee charged is refundable. The general public is encouraged to directly consult the current refund provisions of the institute .

PGIDS, Rohtak is a govt. institution and hence provides facility regarding refund of fees. The fee shall be refunded/adjusted if the candidate is shifted in subsequent counselling from one Institute to another. In case of request for withdrawal of admission by a candidate the fee shall be refundable to the candidate, only if the request is made in person along with original receipt of fee deposition and no request shall be entertained through e-mail. The candidate will have to make the request at least 03 days prior to the last date prescribed for admission to MD/MS/MDS courses.

Nair Hospital Instruction of Dental College may follow a policy that is linked to reasons of withdrawal and to the deadline within which the withdrawal is have to be done. And terms of the refund policy have also to be considered. Mostly, a college could offer part or whole refund for dropped or deferred enrollments, which was within the specified time frame before the beginning of an academic term. It is better for the students to pay attention to the college refund policy, for further knowledge one may consult the admissions office that has detailed information about charging procedure and qualifications for getting refund.
