Manipal College of Dental Sciences eligibiltiy criteria for taking admission in BDS is as follows:Students with 50% marks in Class 10 and Class 12 or an equivalent course who cleared the NEET-UG cut-off meet the eligibility criteria for this course. Only NEET-UG exam scores are accepted for admission; a candidate must secure a score equal to or more than the NEET cutoff. Generally, the NEET cut-off varies each year, although for BDS, the NEET cutoffs for general and reserved categories are 720-137 and 136-107 respectively. Also, the total tuition fee for BDS is approximately 14.8L.

The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses under General category for all India quota was 17542. In 2022, it increased to 424583.

Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The NEET score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) was 442843 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
