Hello, If You want apply for government then, you need to wait for counselling process and through that you will be assign a medical stream with college. Or If you want to go with private seats then you can call a particular college and ask their terms and condition for college according to your preferred stream.

There might be a substantial decrease in the syllabus of 2021 but no official statement is given due to the covid19 situation The syllabus will definitely decrease.
1. You don't worry about the syllabus just try to concentrate on your studies during this pandemic you should focus on preparing yourself for entrances as it is not a cakewalk you need to work hard and aim for higher scores because you might not always get want you are hoping for so if you aim high only then you will able to that level of hard work to achieve your goals
