You need to complete your BDS, first because otherwise you will not be able to get the degree in your hand. After that, without any hesitation go for MBA in which field you want to go for. For medical courses outside India, you have to give NEET for being eligible. But in some colleges clearing the cutoff is compulsory and in some only inly the appearance will do the eligibility. After NEET, you need to apply for university all around in which you need to study. There are agents and consultancy which provide you with all the services from being selected to the fee receipt of the college. You tickets and visa all the things may be included in the pack itself.

You need to register in the dental council before you do your Masters. Germany you need to do your master in German language. You need to do one year German language and then you can do
You also need IELTS minimum 7 band in all components.
