Becoming an orthoptist or prosthetist requires the completion of a master's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics with certification or licensing required in some states, while becoming a medical appliance technician may only require a post-secondary certificate or associate degree with certification or licensing. As per my knowledge you need to pursue BPO which is a mandate for example in GGSIP University this is the basic eligibility. However, eligibility might be different for other university (not sure) so you need to check with the college as per your preference.

Other than that you can give the competitive exams; national level like UPSC and the state level exams depending upon which state you are belonging. So, there are classes available in many cities; you can go through the government website; all the details about the examination are available over there including the eligibility criteria, paper style, dates, etc. If you still have any doubts, feel free to ask.
