A candidate having a BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree is eligible to be called as a doctor and eligible to do the private practice. A homeopathic practitioner may look the career as a medical representative or as a doctor in private or government hospital.
The professionals in this field can work in companies those deal with the homeopathic preparations. He/she may get the job in homeopathic colleges as a professor or the researcher. A large number of people are not satisfied with allopathic treatment. This gives birth to alternative or ayurvedic treatment.
Many people are looking for the complete cure of the disease and move to homeopathic doctors, because this medication system has no side effect, and this factor encourages to the homeopathic graduates to open or establish their own clinic for self-practice.
There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor. It is the professional field with 100% job placement.
A BDS graduate may go for the PG degree programmes leading to the Domain MDS (Master of Dental Surgery). MDS is the advanced degree in dentistry field and allows the candidates to specialize in any of its disciplines. Interested candidates can also go for research programme by pursuing Doctor of Philosophy.
Teaching career is also open for BDS graduates. Those interested in teaching can acquire teaching jobs in any of the top Dental Colleges. They are eligible to hold positions as professors or even HOD and even get promoted to Dean.
This profession includes the imaging, tissue graft, implants, laser surgery and trauma. After completing this course you will be hired by the medical college, hospitals, nursing home, health corporations, health ministry, and back office medical consultancy.
So as you can see, both courses have comparable scope, so it is not up to any particular individual to decide which course is better.

It will depend on what area in the corporate world would you be keen on based on your interest area:
If you are a peoples person & like engaging with people then you could pursue MBA in HR & join HR in a dental mfg /product distribution company.
If you are keen on sales/marketing then you could pursue MBA in marketing and join a pharma /FMCG/dental product mfg setup in their sales/marketing team.
If you are keen in finance then you could also pursue MBA in finance & join an Equity Broking house and start tracking Pharma/hospital companies & thus use your medical knowledge in understanding the business of the said companies better.
You could also do MBA in hospital management & manage the administration of hospitals.
As I said, all will depend on your interest areas & career aspirations.
