Manipal College of Dental Sciences under the MAHE Manipal offers courses at UG, PG and certificate levels in the Dental field. The college offers BDS at UG and MDS at PG levels. Admission to MCODS Manipal courses is entrance-based. However, the merit of the aspirants is considered in the last qualifying exam for admission to certificate courses.

No, NEET is the mandatory exam for admission to Manipal College of Dental Sciences BDS programme. Aspirants are first required to qualify NEET and then appear for counselling and seat allotment through MCC. NEET exam is conducted once a year in offline or paper-pencil-based test (PBT) mode for three hours and 20 minutes or 200 minutes. NEET includes 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, out of which 180 questions have to be attempted.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital accepts NEET-UG score for admission to BDS programme. NEET is an offline exam conducted once a year  for three hours and 20 minutes or 200 minutes. As far as the NEET exam pattern is concerned, there are 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, out of which 180 questions need to be attempted. Aspirants with rank equal or above the NEET cutoff are offered seat in the BDS programme.
