No,  BDS require NEET. If candidates do not have NEET eligibility, they cannot enrol in BDS. Although states were permitted to host their own entrances using an ordinance in 2016, NEET has been made mandatory going forward.Candidates still need to pass NEET even if they wish to study BDS abroad. Nothing is possible without NEET.In India, there is just one entrance exam for admission to the MBBS and BDS programmes: the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The exam lasts three hours and 20 minutes and is given once a year in offline mode

No, unfortunately, getting into a BDS programme with 80 marks in the NEET exam is highly unlikely, regardless of your category. In India, admission to BDS course is typically highly competitive, and candidates are generally required to score well in entrance exams such as NEET to secure a seat.

The term "Doctor" can have different meanings depending on the context. In the case of BDS, individuals who have completed this degree are considered dental professionals or dentists. They have the qualification to diagnose and treat dental and oral health conditions. However, it's important to note that the title "doctor" is often associated with individuals who hold a doctoral degree, such as MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). Dentists are considered healthcare professionals and are an essential part of the medical field.

Getting admission in BDS in govt. college at 18,000 rank in EWS category may be a little difficult for you as the competition is very high, but you can definitely apply for some good govt. colleges as the cutoff varies every year as low tier and private colleges, and you can check out some good private colleges like ITS dental college, etc. for BDS as your backup option.
