HI Rajbir, University based dental programs are either bachelor or master degrees. Diplomas in the form of associate degrees which are entry level programs are offered by community colleges. For BS programs in Dental Hygiene you may check Northern Arizona University, University of Maryland, Ferris State University, University of Michigan, Oregon Institute of Technology, University of Pittsburgh to name a few.

The only way to practice dentistry in UK is to pass ORE, a licensing exam conducted by British Dental Council. This exam is conducted twice a year (April and September) in UK.

You need to shortlist universities on the basis of your profile and requirements of the universities. Universities might ask for GRE/GMAT tests and IELTS/TOEFL will also be required for admission.
