Hi Aravind, generally for OBC category, the cutoff is around 80-85 percentile. So, there are slim chances below 80 percentile.

You can check the placement statistics here. The important thing is that it has a small batch so most students get placed in the third semester only.

Hi Neeraj, the cutoff for general category last year was 94 and for MBE it was 90 percentile.

Hi Kajal, no work experience is not necessary for admission and there are no marks assigned to work experience as such but it's preferable to have. But it's all upto your interview & that too on your academics.

It cannot be predicted with certainty whether it will affect your admission to DFS. The only thing which matters is that you should be able to back whatever you have done with relevant reasons.

The cut-off for general category stays at around 95 percentile. So a percentile of more than 95-96 in CAT can give you a decent chance of getting a call for GD-PI.
