The Department of Law at Panjab University has not released the 2023 placement statistics. However, the University has released the NIRF report 2023 for the Law department. As per the report, 210 LLB and 1 LLM students were placed during the Department of Law Panjab University placements 2022. The median package offered to LLB and LLM students was INR 2.30 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively.

The Department of Law at Panjab University has not released the 2023 placement statistics. However, the University has released the NIRF report 2023 for the Law department. As per the report, 210 LLB and 1 LLM students were placed during the Department of Law Panjab University placements 2022. The median package offered to LLB and LLM students was INR 2.30 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. A fluctuating trend was recorded in the median package offered to LLB students over the past three years (2020 to 2022). Likewise, the median package for LLM has been fluctuating over the past three years.

Over the past three years of drives, an improving trend was observed in the LLB placement percentage. On the contrary, a declining trend was observed in the LLM placement rate. The highest package offered in the recent placements is not out yet. However, the NIRF report 2023 has revealed the 2022 median package details. The highest median package for the 2022 passing out batch was INR 8 LPA and was offered to LLM students. During 2022 placements, the University achieved a good placement record. As per the report, 81% of the LLB batch was placed. The University has disclosed the median package for the Department of Law in its NIRF report 2023. During 2022 placements, the median package offered to LLB and LLM students was INR 2.30 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. Earlier, the median package for LLB and LLM during 2021 placements was the same, i.e. INR 50,000 per annum. Looking at the past three years' record, a fluctuating trend was observed in the UG and PG median package trends.
