The Department of Law at Panjab University in Chandigarh, India has a placement cell, but some say the placements aren't very good. In 2022, 330 undergraduate and 1 LLM student were placed. The median package for LLB and 5-year undergraduate students was INR 2.3 LPA and INR 50,000 per annum, respectively. The highest and average packages offered at Panjab University UBS Chandigarh in 2023 were INR 58.48 LPA and INR 13.7 LPA, respectively. The placement rate was 91.30%.
