In general, the highest cutoffs of the MBA courses at PUMBA Pune have been above 95 percentiles. the highest cutoff for all the programmes of MBA at PUMBA Pune for the year 2023 has been 98.69 percentile which is relatively less than year 2021. The cut off percentile is calculated on the basis of performance in MAHCET. However, cutoffs remain lower for the CAT applicants.

The BBA placements at PUMBA are excellent. Around 98% of students are placed in companies of interest with around an annual package of INR 25 LPA. The average salary package offered by the department with a salary package offered was 25 LPA, and the highest salary package offered here is over INR 60 LPA.

As PUMBA is an institute of management studies, it Provides both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Students can get Admission in undergraduate programme like MBA after passing higher secondary class with more than 45 percents in any stream. While, MBA students are eligible only after appearing aptitude tests like CAT, CMAT or MHCET. For MBA students are advised to apply for entrance conducted by Maharashtra Authority.

PUMBA is a part of Pune based Savitribai Phule University and known as Department of Management sciences. PUMBA is famously known for pioneering contribution in the field of Management studies. All those students who apply for CAT and achieving more than 90 percentile can get Admission in PUMBA and for general category it hikes upto 99 percentiles. Students can also apply for MAHCET and get admission with relatively less percentiles in comparison with CAT applicants. Minimum cutoff for PUMBA CAT for year 2023 is 70 to 80 percentile.

Candidates must have successfully completed their 12th standard with at least 45% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for reserved category. The most important aspect of the selection criteria is the introduction of English as a subject in grade 12, which emphasizes the importance of language proficiency in an academic context. So yes, you can get admission in PUMBA for BBA with 60% in Class 12th.

PUMBA, Pune does not accept CUET scores as an eligibility criteria for admissions in undergraduation programme like BBA. PUMBA conducts it's own entrance examination Online entrance Examination (OEE) headed by Savitribai Phule Pune University. Based on the results and cutoffs certain number of students get admission after counselling precess.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing Masters degree in Business Administration at PUMBA is possession of undergraduate degree with minimum 50 percent in any discipline from any recognised college. Students aspiring to pursue MBA at PUMBA should appear for common aptitude test (CAT), CMAT or MH- CET. On the basis of cutoffs, students get admitted followed up by counselling process.

Pune based PUMBA, a pioneering Institution of Management studies provides Bachelors degree in Business Administration at comparatively low fees structure to that of DY patil School of Management, Pune. Later, provides degree at 90,000 Rs per year while one can pursue the BBA degree at 70,000Rs per year at PUMBA, Pune. However, fee structure may vary according to the courses.

Students applying for undergraduate programme, BBA at PUMBA (Pune) should apply for entrance examination conducted by college authority either in online mode or offline. The prerequisites for the same includes students marks ( more than 45 percent) in senior secondary class in any stream. PUMBA does not accept CUET as a criteria to get admissions.
