PUMBA is a Pune based institute of Management Studies which provided high standard education to the students. At undergraduate level students can pursue Bachelors degree in Business Administration at optimum level. The fee structure for BBA degree includes 70,000 Rs on yearly basis. Students are advised to apply for certain scholarship schemes in order to get financial aid.

Students can get Admission in undergraduate programme like BBA after passing higher secondary class with more than 45 percents in any stream. While, MBA students are eligible only after appearing aptitude tests like CAT, CMAT or MHCET. For MBA students are advised to apply for entrance conducted by Maharashtra Authority.

All the candidates who have passed higher secondary class in any stream with English as compulsory language with minimum 45 percentage are eligible for the admissions. In special cases students with reservation in Maharashtra can get admissions with Just 40 percent.

PUMBA is a part of Pune based Savitribai Phule University and known as Department of Management sciences. PUMBA is famously known for pioneering contribution in the field of Management studies. All those students who apply for CAT and achieving more than 90 percentile can get Admission in PUMBA and for general category it hikes upto 99 percentiles. Students can also apply for MAHCET and get admission with relatively less percentiles in comparison with CAT applicants. Minimum cutoff for PUMBA CAT for year 2023 is 70 to 80 percentile.

To get admission into PUMBA, candidates must meet the required eligible criteria. candidates must have successfully completed their 12th standard with at least 45% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for reserved category. The most important aspect of the selection criteria is the introduction of English as a subject in grade 12, which emphasizes the importance of language proficiency in an academic context. So yes you can get admission to PUMBA with 70% in class 12th.

Average packages for BBA are better at PUMBA than in Dr D Y Patil School of Management but just slightly. In Dr D Y Patil School of Management minimum of 7 LPA and a maximum of 10 LPA are the packages offered in the BBA course. The top 3 recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, and Tata motors. Around 85 % of students got internships from BBA courses in Infosys, Tata Motors, and Wipro. Whereas in PUMBA, Average Package is around INR 8.85 LPA and the highest package is of INR 12.48 LPA.

PUMBA does not accept CUET score/rank for admission to BBA course, Pune. To get admission in BBA programme, candidates have to clear the Online Entrance Examination (OEE) conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University. Candidates must pass 12th class with minimum 45% (40% for reserved category) to apply for Online Entrance Examination (OEE). Candidates have to take online entrance exam (OEE) and based on their score in OEE, candidates will be shortlisted for admission process including document verification and payment counselling.
