Obviously not 10 years. But you may write 1 year as you have completed in 1 year.

In whose name should the DD for application be payable? Do I need to send the DD or DMS or will it be sufficient if I just fill the details?

You need to send the DD. The DD is for Registrar IIT Delhi.

DMS IIT Delhi never announces a specific cut off for admission for any category. We have profile based shortlisting that caters to various aspects of the students performance in his past work experience as well as studies.

You have bleak chances owing to your CAT score. DMS, IIT Delhi follows profile based shortlisting so it might play its part. You can take your chances. Online application can be submitted till 5.00 PM till January 31,2017.

How many different fields are there in the BBA course?

No BBA. DMS-IIT Delhi offers only MBA program as DLT and DLM. Apart from this, we have Ph.D programs, executive MBA and various other vocational training.
