It is good approach, you should go for it and certification in NX and Solidworks is good than Catia.

Dear Pankaj,
Design & Development and Aeronautical engineering are two very different fields. You can probably get into industrial designing or product designing from NID after clearing the entrance exam. Whereas for aeronautical engineering you will have to appear for IIT-JEE Exam.

You can't directly get admitted in any of the architecture colleges in India. For admission in B.Arch, you have to face a competitive examination called as NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Only then you are able to take admissions in any of the colleges in India.
However, it may definitely not be concerned that you have other degrees in that related field.

Jain University has quite a good name for it's dedicated staff and faculty. Its approach is to make students learn the subjects. I feel you should take admission without any hesitation.
