It's a very good decision to appear for CEED. IIT, Mumbai that conducts this exam has specifically said that no books are specified for the preparation. However, it's known that this entrance test is testing skills of drawing, visualisation, etc. Previous year's questions are available on different that can be used for guidance only. What I can say is that please hone your skills of logical thinking, drawing, visualization, etc. to succeed.

Definitely you can study your desired course in Australia. For that you need to take up IELTS and score at least 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.
Do some research about the universities you are interested in and apply for the universities within the deadline. Majority of the Australian universities have 2 intakes i.e February and July.
