Its not only entrance but scholarship exam also. LPU offers B.Design (Fashion) that provides students with extensive input in design and technology which is necessary to begin a career in fashion industry. Its curriculum includes 21st century digital technologies relevant to design. Its focus is to define, research and communicate about problems, variablesa and requirements: conceptualize and evaluate alternatives, test and refine solutions, including the ability to synthesize user needs in terms of value, aesthetics and safety . To get into B.Des in Fashion Design at NIFT: 1. Eligibility: Should have passed at least 12th standard in any group Science/Arts/Commerce.2. The MFM or the Master of Fashion Management course offered at NIFT comes with expenses of around INR 2 LPA to INR 2.5 LPA as a fee for the course. Additional costs include: 1. Development Fee: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per year.2. Library Fee: INR 1,000 - INR 2,000 annually.3. Caution Deposit: For two-wheelers: INR 10,000  - INR 15,000 (one-time charger refundable).4. Hostel Fees (if applicable): About INR 40,000  - INR 80,000 per year depending on the campus and type of room.5.
