All under graduate courses in Fashion Designing have same validity, whether it is done from NIFT / NID or any other Recognized University.
The Main Difference is in the process of Study / Exposure / Study Materials. NID / NIFT are the Top colleges in India catering to Design Courses. They have the Best of Industry Exposure and Best of Placements.

you can refer to this link. Different universities have different admission procedures. Depending upon the country you will also have to appear for the language test like TOEFL/IELTS. You will have to prepare your statement of purpose which is like a very detailed cv. Check the link below

The eligibility conditions for both UG and PG level programs are below:
1. Bachelor of Design B. Des. (Fashion Design/ Knitwear Design/ Textile Design/Leather Design/Accessory Design/Fashion Communication)
Age -Not more than 23 years as on October 1, 2018, for General candidates (Relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Academic Qualification- successfully completed or appearing for 10+2 qualifying examination or equivalent from any recognised Board, or, Completed/Appearing for 3 or 4-years Diploma final examination recognised by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
