Yes, you can get fashion designing. Please check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in. You may not get the top 5 colleges but still you can go for 2nd round of counselling. All the best for your admission.

If you are from general category then no you can't get any college, but if you are from reserved category or state domicile then you can get some colleges but not the top 5 one. You can also go for the 2nd round of counselling.
