You can find tips regarding the preparation for CAT. You will have to purchase the model test papers as they aren't available online. You can go to Flipkart or Amazon and buy the complete book.

Yes, you can certainly apply to NID. The institute does not mention any minimum score that you have to secure in 10+2. Your admission will be determined on the basis of your performance in the qualifying entrance test. You can read all the information about the exam here:
