I am very sorry to say, that there is very little chance of getting admission in first counselling .But, there is a hope, that you can get admission in second counselling. Don't lose hope.

It seems quite certain you may get a seat. I'm not sure in the first round or not. Otherwise, NIFT Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore are also good. But as of for jewellery design NIFT, Gandhinagar stands first.

No, you just need to have pass class 12th board exams with a decent score, and also the NIFT entrance exam. You can check the eligibility details below:
For B. Design programme:
1) Candidates should have passed in 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognized state or national board of education
2) Candidates passed from public University/ School/ Board examination in India or Foreign countries must be recognized under Association of Indian Universities as per 10+2 pattern of education
3) Candidates must have studied a minimum of five main subjects under National Open School Examination
4) Candidates holding Diploma under 10+3

Unfortunately, I do not know about the faculty of the NIFT Patna, but there is a variety of Jobs you can take up after pursuing Textile design course. The companies that hire students during the placements vary from startups to textile mills. (Eg, Pantaloons, Raymond, Westside, Rust Orange, etc.)
