Design Entrance Exam

The NIFT 2025 admit card for the Situation Test will be released around the 3rd week of March 2025. Meanwhile, admit cards for the Personal Interview will be released around the 3rd week of March 2025. Admit cards will be released to shortlisted candidates who had completed the slot booking/ campus selection process. The National Institute of Fashion Technology will release the slot booking schedule soon after the declaration of results for the NIFT 2024 written exams. All candidates who get shortlisted can book their slots. To download the admit card, the candidate will have to go to the NIFT admission portal, click on the admit card download link, and log in using their candidate log-in details.

The details of the allotted exam centre will be mentioned on the NIFT admit card. For instance, the NIFT 2025 admit card will contain the name and address of the exam. In addition, the admit card will also contain the timings of the exam, and at time the candidate needs to report to the NIFT exam centre. Note that once the exam commences, no candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall. So, it is recommended that the candidate reaches the exam centre at least an hour in advance. It is important that the candidate downloads the NIFT admit card as soon as it is released and goes through it carefully. This will ensure the candidate has a smooth exam-day experience by staying out of trouble.

The reporting time for NIFT 2025 entrance exam will be mentioned on the admit card issued to candidates. The admit card for the NIFT 2025 exam has to be downloaded online from the NTA NIFT admission portal - exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. In.Note that hard copies of the admit card will not be sent to the candidate.So, the candidate needs to log-in to the admit card download portal using their log-in details and download the admit card pdf. After downloading the admit card, the candidate needs to take a printout. On the day of the exam, the candidate will have to display the admit card along with a valid photo id proof in the original. No candidate will be allowed inside the exam venue without the admit card.Also, note that digital copies of the admit card will not be accepted.

Typically it may take around 6 months to complete the SEED 2025 exam syllabus. However, if your fundamentals are strong, you can complete the syllabus in less time. The SEED 2025 syllabus will include topics like - Visual Sensitivity and Judgement, Observational, Perceptual and Reasoning abilities, Problem Solving, Basic knowledge of Logic of Science and Mathematics, Art, Craft and Culture, Design and Environment.It is recommended that the candidate don’t wait for the last few months to prepared for the SEED 2025 exam. If one starts one exam preparation early, then one will have enough elbow room to tweak one’s preparation is the situation demands.

Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) has its own specific syllabus that is followed for conducting the SEED entrance exam. The SEED syllabus covers topics like Visual Sensitivity and Judgement, Observational, Perceptual and Reasoning abilities, Problem Solving, Basic knowledge of Logic of Science and Mathematics, Art, Craft and Culture, Design and Environment. There are some topics that overlaps with some of the top design entrance exams like NIFT, NID DAT, etc. However, there are also a number of features that are unique to the SEED 2025 exam.So, candidates planning to appear in the SEED 2025 entrance exam are recommended to follow the official syllabus to prepare for the exam.
