Army Institute of Fashion & Design will conduct the Online Admission Test in April 2025. The exam will be administered in a computer-based modes at various test centres across the country. NIFT cutoff for a participating NIFT is the last rank for which admission is offered in for a particular programme and category. This means, if a candidate fails to score a rank equal to or higher than the cutoff rank, they don't get admission. Typically, a higher ranked institute will invite:More applicationsHigher ranked candidatesThis in turn pushes up the cutoff in higher ranked (or popular) institutes. Likewise, a lower-ranked institute will receive comparatively fewer number of applications, and mostly from lower-ranked candidates. This means, cut-off in these institutes are lower making it much easier to get admission.

The exact number of candidates who appeared for NID DAT 2024 hasn't been officially released yet. However, based on previous years, we can estimate it to be around 15,000.The number of applicants typically falls between 11,000 and 12,000 for B.Des. programs.Not all applicants appear for the exam.There's a separate application process for M.Des programs.You can stay updated on the official NID website or news outlets for the official announcement of the number of candidates who appeared for NID DAT 2024.

Note that there are 18 NIFTs that will accept NIFT 2025 scores for admission purposes. These institutes are known as participating colleges.However, in addition to the participating colleges, there are other private colleges that will also consider NIFT 2025 scores for admission to their UG and PG design courses.One major difference is these institutes will not participate in the counseling process conducted by the National Institute of Fashion Technology. The role of IIT Bombay is to conduct the CEED 2024 entrance exam and declare the exam results. It will play no role in the post-result admission process, including counseling. This means the candidate will have to approach the CEED 2024 participating and result-sharing colleges on their based on their CEED 2024 merit ranks. Considering the application process should have started by now, you are urged to visit the admission portal of the concerned institute.If the application form is open, dult fill it out before the last date.Note that IIT Bombay conducts the counseling process for UCEED 2024, known as the Joint Seat Allotment process.

The NTA has declared the NIFT 2024 final results for the B.Des program on May 14, 2024. The results were slated to be declared on May 13, 2024.Meanwhile, the NIFT 2024 final results are announced for the PG courses.Note that the written exam results had got delayed. While the NIFT 2024 written exam was conducted on February 5, 2024, the results were finally declared on March 20, 2024. The NID DAT 2024 (Prelims) result for B.Des has already been announced. The declaration date was scheduled for March 28, 2024, at 4 PM. You can check your result on the official website of the National Institute of Design.

The MIT Institute of Design has released the list of MITID DAT 2024 exam centres. As per the updated list, the exam will be administered in 16 cities across India. The candidate can select a MITID DAT 2024 test centre at the time of filling out the MITID DAT application form.Note that entries must be in the order of priority. The name and address of the exam center allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the admit card.
