The candidate can download the previous years’ question papers for the CEED exam from the CEED 2025 - IIT Bombay admission portal - ceed.iitb.ac.in. Alternatively, the candidate can also download the question papers from this page.The candidate can download the question papers along with the answer keys. However, note that the question paper and answer keys for the current academic session (or CEED 2025) will only be available after the exam has been conducted. The previous years’ question papers can be used by the candidate to improve their problem-solving ability and improve conceptual understanding.

The candidate may note that IIT Bombay is only responsible for conducting the CEED 2024 exam. Unlike UCEED 2024, it will not conduct any Joint Seat Allotment. This means the eligibility criteria prescribed by IIT Bombay is limited to appearing in the CEED 2024 exam.Further, the participating institutes of CEED 2024 will individually determine the eligibility criteria for the M.Des courses. The eligibility criteria will be uploaded on the admission portals of these institutes.

The candidate may note that the eligibility criteria for appearing in the CEED 2024 exam and the eligibility criteria for admission to the M.Des programme are not the same.The eligibility criteria for appearing in the CEED 2024 exam will be determined by IIT Bombay. The institute will verify all the documents submitted the candidate during the application process. Meanwhile, the participating colleges will also determine the eligibility of the candidate during the counseling process, which will be conducted institute-wise. The eligibility criteria for appearing in the CEED 2024 exam is prescribed by IIT Bombay. The criteria are outlined in the information brochure. The candidate needs to carefully go through the criteria and only apply for admission if they meet the requirements.Note that if the candidate fails to meet the CEED 2024 eligibility criteria, he or she could be disquafied at any stage of the admission process. Also, the participating colleges will have a document verification session, where all documents will be cross-checked.

The natural instict in such a case will be to give a few more attempts. You can also try a few attempts. But after that move on to the next topic. Also, don’t spend prodigious time on one simple topic, because otherwise you will run out of time and will not be able to complete the entire syllabus.If you leave out a few difficult topics now, you can always tackle them later on if you have time left.Further, completing the entire syllabus may be a daunting task for many.

While text books should be the primary resource for CEED 2024 exam preparation, there are other resources the candidate may use effectively. For instance, YouTube has many educational and preparation videos that the candidate can refer to.To identify the quality and genuineness (or correctness) of the data, you can go through the video reviews. In some cases, the review section may be hidden. In that case, you better stay away, as it is difficult to determine the quality of the content.Also, refer to instructors or educators with a large number of followers or subscribers.

Simply relying on textbooks for CEED 2024 exam preparation is not enough. It is because the CEED 2024 exam will evaluate the conceptual understanding of the candidate and also whether they are able to use those concepts to solve various types of problems.So, along with the textbooks, the candidate also need to solve sample papers. In fact, the candidate can start solving sample papers very early on in their preparation.Further, mock tests are another great tool to fine tune one’s preparation; mocks, however, unlike sample papers, are meant to be taken closer to the exam.
