The INIFD Pune has specific policies about refunding the fees based on withdrawal timing and reasons. Usually, if a student withdraws before the classes have begun, he may be able to receive a portion of his fee after deducting the administrative charge. ITM Institute of Design and Media, Nerul is considered as a costly institute for design studies. Fees of the key programmes namely B.Des vary between INR 3 Lacs to INR 4 Lacs per annum the overall cost of the four years amount to approximately INR 12 Lacs to INR 16 lakhs. This estimate does not include other expenses including materials, studio apparatus, fees for other academic activities. Based on such structure, ITM Nerul is costlier than many other design institutes.
