The cut-off list will be announced post the declaration of the result of NATA or any entrance examination as it may deem pertinent after the completion of the counselling process. Hence, for the session in 2024, based on expectations, the cut-off list might appear about June 2024 as soon as all entrance examinations get over and counselling procedures take place. The cutoff will decide admission to the B.Arch programme based on candidates' performance in NATA and other accepted scores, such as JEE Main Paper II.

The total fee of the B.Arch course offered by Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture and Design would be INR 6.25 Lacs as a whole, for the entire period of five years. The annual fee is around INR 1.25 Lacs and covers all tuition fees and other costs. Apart from this, the applicant has to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 one-time besides some semester-wise exam charges. The curriculum has been set in a manner to offer a full education in architecture, both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the field.
