Both are reputable institutes but yes, overall BSD is slightly better than JD Institute of Fashion Technology for B.Sc. Course. BSD is considered to be the better option due to its wider range of design-related courses, stronger network of industry partners, and higher placement rate (typically around 90%). Additionally, BSD has a more experienced faculty and better infrastructure and facilities. However, if you are more interested in fashion and apparel design, JD Institute of Fashion Technology Bangalore is a more specialised institute. Yes the DOT School of Design is better than Government College of Fine Arts .The infrastructure and faculty is very good with lot of skills and expertise and experience for more than a decade.The college has strong connections with the DQ Labs, Trillo Sport, Infinite Engineers, and the college placements are very good.

The latest cutoff for BFA at DOT School of Design is 50 percentile in DOT-DAT entrance exam. Along with entrance exam students must have passed the 10th examination from any recognized board. Students will have to appear for the Design Aptitude Test (Round I and II). Selected students will be called for the Personal Interview & Portfolio Submission (Round III). Those who qualify for the Personal Interview & Portfolio Submission round will be selected for admission.

The placement oppurtunities at DOT school of Design are very good .At DOT School of Design, we have different programs to assist students in carving their path into the future. One of the assistance programs is INCO - Industry Connect, which connects industrial experts and students. Another assistance programme is IRC - Incubation Research Centre, where the students are given assistance in various ways to come up with their own designs or projects and become an entrepreneur. DOT-DAT is an exam applicable for students seeking admission to the DOT School of Design. The exam comprises two rounds:Creative Quotient Test / Technical TestOn Table Test.On qualifying, candidates enter into Personal Interview and Portfolio Submission.

Yes DOT school of Design is more expensive than Dravadian University.But it provides the better oppurtunities with good infrastructure and a good faculty.It also has scholarship oppurtunities based on the merit scored in the entrance examination DOT-DAT (Design Aptitude Test)
