Fashion Communication deals with design strategies, brands, portfolios etc. Individuals will get to work on areas such as visual merchandising, styling, graphic design, display and exhibit design, advertising, public relations, and creative writing. Scope:- Good course in communication will arm you with an understanding of web and multimedia design, computer graphics, illustration, product design, exhibition design, visualizing and art direction, typography and photography. Fashion Design is considered to be a very prosperous vocational education stream not only in India but abroad as well. This is primarily because the Fashion industry has grown by leaps and bounds and that too within a decade. Fashion Designer: In such a job profile aspirants can either start their own label or join a firm to design clothes for them. As a fashion designer, an individual has to work on styling different types of clothes such as jeans, jackets, women wear, children wear, means wear, evening wear, knitwear, sportswear, and the likes. Fashion Marketer: In this job profile candidates can work for clothing companies, boutiques or outlet chains. As a fashion marketer aspirants need to work towards publicizing and increasing awareness of a particular brand, designer labels or department stores. Fashion Concept Manager: People working under this profile are expected to think of unique themes on which a clothing or accessory range should be designed by a designer, brand or fashion firm. You have not mentioned about your education level. However, if you have completed your 10+2 then following are the good options for you:

Selection criteria : NID Entrance test and+GD and Interview

Course Name : B.Des courses in Graphic Design, Animation, Game Design, etc.
Admission criteria : Entrance exam, Studio test and Interview

Course Name: Professional Programs
Duration: 11 months
Discipline Names: 3D Visual Effects Diploma, Compositing for Films and Television Essentials, Fashion Design Essentials, Game Development Essentials, Graphic Design Essentials. Admission Criteria: Candidates who have appeared for a 10 + 2 examination (e. g. A levels, CBSE, HSC, IBDP, ISC etc.), or its educational equivalent in any discipline (e. g: Science, Commerce, Arts) with an interest in Design & Innovation. Although, successful completion of the 10 + 2 examination is necessary to confirm the admission.

I would say that urban design is at a very nascent stage currently in India. Not much opportunities are available in India for core urban design projects. This field is very well defined and well developed in USA, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. However, slowly people in India are realizing the importance of urban design. Large masterplans of new cities or even large townships aspire to have some elements of urban design to make themselves more meaningful and relevant. Learnings from western countries are creating an impact. As far as employment goes, currently you won't have much role as a core urban designer. Very few private firms in India are doing urban design work.
Large master plans at government bodies are done by planners. But recently government bodies have started to employ urban designer for their projects. Recently, Pune municipal corporation had opened vacancies for urban designers to work on street design of Pune. Therefore, you may have chance of working at any government organisation or some of the private firms who are doing urban design work or you may continue to work as an architect/urban designer. You can also take up some research projects as urban designer with some think tanks in the metropolitan cities or even independently. But no doubt, doing Masters in urban design will add tremendous knowledge to yourself.
