Yes, students enrolled in the MDes programme are offered scholarships at SPA Delhi. Through these scholarships, the institute aims to break financial barriers and reward meritorious students. The MDes scholarships are distributed based on CEED scores filled out in the application form. Moreover, the institute provides only a limited number of scholarships. Thus, interested students must apply for the scholarships in a timely manner.

As per the SPA Delhi NIRF 2024 report, a total of 157 PG (2-year) students were placed during the placement drive held in 2023. Other than this, the report states that the median package offered to overall PG (2-year) students stood at INR 6.75 LPA. Moreover, some of the top recruiters who have participated in the past years placements included Ernst & Young, WSP India, Honda Motor Company, etc.

In order to get admission to BDes at UID Delhi-NCR, students are required to pass Class 12 or three year Diploma in any stream from any recognised higher secondary board/ institute. The selection is done based on the performance of candidates in the UID DAT exam and Situation Test & Portfolio evaluation, which is conducted in offline mode.
