Sri University's BDes curriculum includes various core subjects. These subjects carry the highest credits and cannot be opted out. Moreover, these subjects help students develop a deep understanding of different facets of Designing and Interior Design Materials. Some of the core subjects included in the curriculum are:Design FundamentalsInterior Design Materials & Construction-IDesign Drawing & Graphics-I Theory of Design & Visual Arts-IHistory of Art and Architecture-I, etc. 

A minimum age requirement established by Sri University for applicants to the regular BDes programme is until July 1, 2025, candidates should not be older than 21 years old. Additionally, in order to be enrolled on this programme, candidates must first meet the minimal eligibility requirements, which include being under 21 years old and completing Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%.   

After completing the BDes application form and qualifying for the SSU CET at Sri University, the admission department released the provisional admission letter to the selected students. Moreover, the provisional admission is valid only till Sep 30, 2025. Beyond this date, the seat would be cancelled and considered vacant and no refund of the amount of the provisional admission will be done.

The university offers limited seats for its Bachelor of design programme at KSOU. Those who are seeking admission to BDes must apply via the official website to secure their seats. However, the total seat intake for BDes is 24. As per the selection criteria, applicants must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake information is taken form the official body. It is still subject to change and, hence, is inductive.

Admissions for BDes at KSOU are expected to commence soon for the academic year 2025. Interested candidates can visit the official website to apply.
