Technically, after passing the 10th standard and not opting for a 12th standard, one can take a Diploma in Electronics and Communication, and then apply to certain design colleges which offer a course in design – either a foundation course or a direct Diploma course in design. Students seeking to enrol in the BDes course offered at ADYPU must satisfy the admission requirements as specified by the university to be eligible for admission. The basic eligibility is to pass Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45% (minimum aggregate of 40% for reserved candidates) from a recognised board.
