CEPT University (Ahmedabad) – Admission to the Bachelor's in Design program is based on UCEED scores. Although the university does not publish actual UCEED cutoff ranks or scores, 50% is typically a competitive score. The UCEED cutoffs are different every year as they are based on several factors, including the overall difficulty level of the exam and the performance of the applicants. For instance, the general category UCEED 2024 cutoff was 69.89. Apart from that, CEPT also takes into consideration a candidate's HSC score and UCEED performance.

First, you should start by gathering the requirements of the university where you are applying.  Then, collect your designs and sketches, as well as famous historical designs.  Correlate both sets of data and create a list of designs that are the most relevant and reliable.  Next, you should focus only on this data and create the best possible presentation.  Finally, practice how you will present it.  Keep in mind that your presentation reflects your work, so work on it carefully.

There are many online courses on Artificial Intelligence that Mechanical Design Engineers can take to further enhance their skills. Such as Coursera, edX, and Udacity have really good AI courses specifically designed for engineers. Some popular ones are "AI for Everyone" by Andrew Ng, which is available at Coursera; "Artificial Intelligence for Engineering" at edX; and "Intro to AI" from Udacity.

The salaries that students of B.Des (Bachelor of Design) get from Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture are apparently between Rupees Four Lacs per annum to Rupees Six Lacs per annum. INSD Pune MBA in Interior Designing is a two-year programme, further divided into four semesters. Each semester lasts six months. The learning module includes theoretical (80%) and practical subjects (20%). Each subject carries certain credits. Classroom learning is aided with mandatory workshops, site visits, market visits, industry visits, etc. An internship of minimum three months is also included in the course curriculum.
