Yes, you can get admission to BA course at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya without CUET as a University also offers direct admission  for certain courses based on your background studies.I suggest you to check the latest information in DAVV website aur contact the admission office has some course might required CUET marks.

The first condition is that you must clear your first year's exam and ensure that seats are available in the other college which you would like to join. Once you submit the application, if approved, you will get a No Objection Certificate from your current college that will help you transfer. However, transfers are generally allowed only between colleges under the same university and not to a different university altogether.
