Cut-off for general category for IMS Davv Indore is 90 or above. 82 percentile is comparatively not the qualifying marks for IMS. But, there are other good B-schools that you can get at this score. Consider them as well.

No as the only way of getting admission in DAVV is entrance test or cut-off marks list of class 12th in UG program.
