I would suggest DAIICT over NIRMA and MSU. The main reason being placements and research internship opportunities are higher in DAIICT. Each professor has a project to which you can contribute provided you have the pre-requisites. The learning comes not only from classrooms but also from extra-curricular. Overall it is a fun atmosphere.

I don't think that is possible for engineering colleges in India. You will have to start from the first year in any college that you chose to admission in.

Yes, you will be able to admission in DAIICT in ICT branch. The other field is ICT+minors in CS which is difficult for you to get since there are only 30 seats for JEE.

DAIICT has a lot of opportunities. Faculty and the course structure is very satisfactory. The faculties are open to doubts and discussions and the projects given by them help in better understanding of the subject. Sports available are: Cricket, long tennis, table tennis, chess, football, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. There are teams of boys and girls. These teams also go to nearby colleges for competitions and they have outstation trips as well like in BITS, Goa. There are many other clubs like dance, theatre, music, photography etc.
