Hello, to secure admission in either IIT Gandhinagar, or DAIICT, you have to give two different exams. For DAIICT you need to appear for GUJCET if you are a resident of Gujarat or you have to appear for JEE Mains in order to secure admission through All India Quota. To secure admission in IIT, Gandhinagar, you need to clear JEE Mains cut-off score and then get a decent rank in JEE Advanced. Hope this helps.! All the best!

The ICT embodies the convergence of Computer and Communication systems and has obtained wide acceptance as a distinct discipline. In my opinion, DAIICT is equivalent and better than IIT, Gandhinagar reason being that IIT, Gandhinagar is a new IIT, so it is not that recognized. DAIICT is well recognized as compared to IIT, Gandhinagar. It totally depends on you what you opt for. Go through the course details of both the colleges, interact with some of the seniors who have attended the college, you will gain a better insight of the academic scenario of the colleges. You must have to score above Cuttoff Marks of JEE Mains 2018, and should have minimum 85% marks in state boards in order to get admission in M.S University, DDIT, ICDE, and Nirma University.
