You can pursue B.Ed for sure! The only eligibility for B.Ed is
First, You must have done Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. Second, Minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor's degree is required. You are free to select any specialisation of your interest.

With that much percentage you are eligible to take admission in most if the concerned college but eligibility doesn't ensure admission. Every has its own norms that you need to satisfy.
