Yes, you can do this. According to IGNOU in its elligibility criteria:
1. For admission to M.Sc. Candidate must have passed Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
2. Admission to the M.Sc. Programme is based on the marks secured by the candidate in their qualifying degree examination.

Eligibility Criteria-
The Candidate Should have BSc Degree in Home Science, (Clinical) Nutrition & Dietetics (B.Sc Food Service Management & Dietetics, B.Sc Home Science) or any science graduates with PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics and Catering TechnologyPreferably Physiology, Food Science, Human / Clinical Nutrition, Biochemistry, Dietetics from any recognized university.

Eligibility for M.Sc. In Dietetics-
Candidates aspiring for admission to the course need to have completed graduation from a recognised university in any of Home Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Clinical Biochemistry, Life Sciences, BNYS (Naturopathy), and B.A. M. S. (Ayurveda), or PG Diploma in Dietetics with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. No, you can't apply for this course.
