I would suggest you to first complete your Bachelors and then probably you can go for a dietician course. As it would be tough to focus on both the courses together, if you want then probably you can go for a part-time certification course.

IGNOU is your answer for degree, Diploma and certificate courses on food and nutrition. I am providing a link for you to go through. Online admissions are going on. Last date is 31st January 2018.

You can go for M.Sc in dietics and Nutrition or Diploma in Nutrition and Dietics. There are many universities offering the same. You can Google for universities these courses.

What have you done in your graduation? To apply for a Diploma, you need to have graduation degree with a specialisation in the related field. Some institutes might take an exam for admission in this course.

It is compulsory to have science at 10th class and also have definitely studied PCB at 12th level as a dietician or nutritionist deals with the people and informs and guide them about the diet they should improve their general or overall health and to avoid some common disease and to keep control on existing health ailments.
