Yes, you can pursue Diploma in Agricultural Engineering after doing PCMC, namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology in a Prescribed University. As a rule, to enter the sphere of the Diploma in Agricultural Engineering, the candidates are required to have their School Certificate which means they have successfully completed two years of their High School with the focus on Science subjects being Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology or Agriculture.
