The eligibility criteria for Diploma in Karmkand may vary depending on the institute and the state board that offers the course. However, some of the common requirements are :
You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Sanskrit as one of the subjects from a recognised board. You should have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or as per the institutes norms. According to the information I found on the web, the possibility of changing your branch in the second year of Diploma depends on various factors such as the availability of seats, the merit list, the admission rules and the college policies. Generally, you can change your branch within a related field of engineering if you have studied the same subjects in your first year of Diploma. For example, you can change from Mechanical Engineering to Automobile Engineering or Civil Engineering to Architecture Engineering.
