It's not possible. In order to get admission in any of the B.Tech programmes you need to appear for VITEEE exam and upon good rank you have to take part in counselling to get admission.

Colleges abroad have very different requirements compared to India. Check weather Masters here is recognized in the other country, and also check whether the college you are trying for will accept your qualifications in India.

when you appear for the screening or counseling, you should carry some proof that you have cleared the qualifying exams. If you don't have that then they would reject your admission. You can also contact the organisers as soon as possible to correct any discrepancy in the application or counseling call letter

Salary totally depend upon your fan base. And, also there is no fixed salary for any director. But, mostly the salary lies between INR. 5 crore to INR. 15 crore.
