Opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, Manipal, etc., offering MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in previous qualifying exam or CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores or their own test.
All these universities offer world-class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements. Check their websites for more details.
Good luck.

You cannot pursue any Masters course while you are still pursuing Bachelors. You need to finish your graduation first.

I think you will be able to take admission for second course in parallel with your BE in an open university. But just make sure that you do not give any wrong declaration while filling up forms. Study in any area including psychology is always useful in one's career.

Normally speaking one can do only one course at a time in normal brick & mortar college. But in case you want to pursue additional course via distance education then you can definitely do it. Just make sure that when you fill up form you do not make any wrong statement.
