NO, the mobile phones are not allowed in the Disha collage, Raipur. it is against the policy of the collage . they did it to maintain the discipline and an environment suitable to learning.the mobile phone and musical intruments(with or without music) also not allowed in the library to maintain  quiet study environment for all students.
